Welcome to Lecien. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, and the services provided (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with these Terms, including our Privacy Policy and other applicable policies.

We ship products from our warehouse in Japan. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to various factors such as customs clearance, product availability, and third-party delivery provider delays.
We are not responsible for any damages, delays, or losses caused by third-party logistics services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 4: Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, or color).
Defective Products: If you receive a defective or incorrectly delivered product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Provided the product is unused and unopened, we will process a replacement, subject to verification.
Cooling-Off Period: Online purchases are not subject to a cooling-off period, except as required by law.
Article 5: Prohibited Actions
You agree not to engage in the following activities:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations;
- Transmitting harmful code or malware through the Services;
- Engaging in fraudulent or misleading activities;

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kyoto, Japan.
If you are residing in Singapore, these Terms shall also comply with applicable laws in Singapore. Any legal disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of Singapore as well, and both jurisdictions are considered applicable for legal proceedings.
