Regarding delivery to a branch office

Q. Can I have the item held at the branch office?

A. Yes, it is possible.

When entering an address, enter the building name, room number, etc. (optional) in the field

Please write "Hold at XX branch office."

If you wish to enter the building name and room number, please write them after this.
