We do not accept cancellations after an order has been completed. Please confirm contents and quantity before ordering.

We do not offer returns or exchanges except as stated below. Exchanges for size or color are not accepted.

■ Defective products and incorrect deliveries

If a product is defective or incorrectly delivered, please contact us by email within 7 days of receipt. We will take appropriate action such as shipping a replacement. *Unused items only.

■ Cooling-off period

Online shopping is not subject to the cooling-off period under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act.
