Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy

 

We strive to provide products that satisfy our customers, but we have established the following cancellation, return, and exchange policies. Please be sure to check before placing your order.

■ About cancellations

We do not accept cancellations after an order has been completed. Please be sure to check the contents and quantity before placing your order.

■ About returns and exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges. We cannot accept exchanges for any reason, such as for a different size or color.

■ Regarding defective products and incorrect deliveries

If the product is defective or has been delivered incorrectly, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product.

We will check the situation and take appropriate action, such as shipping a replacement product.

*Only unused items are eligible. We cannot accept opened or used items.

■ About the cooling-off period

Unlike door-to-door sales and telephone sales, online shopping is not subject to the “cooling-off period” stipulated in the Specified Commercial Transactions Act.

Therefore, please note that we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to customer convenience.
