Shipping policy

About shipping carriers
We mainly use Yamato Transport (Nekopos), Sagawa Express (courier), and EMS (international shipping). The carrier is selected automatically based on destination and product size. Customers cannot choose a carrier.

Shipping destinations
We ship within Japan and internationally.

Shipping areas and fees

Japan (all 47 prefectures): ¥440 (tax included)
Asia, Oceania, Europe, and North America: ¥440 (tax included)
* Free shipping on orders of ¥6,980 or more (domestic and international)
* We do not currently ship to Africa or South America.

Dispatch
Orders are shipped sequentially after confirmation. A tracking number is emailed after dispatch.

Estimated delivery
Japan: 2–5 business days
International: 3–21 business days (varies by region and customs)
Business days exclude weekends, Japanese public holidays, and New Year holidays.

Other
Delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic, or customs procedures. Duties and import taxes for international orders are the recipient's responsibility unless collected at checkout (DDP).

Estimated dispatch time
Within 2–3 business days from the order date (excluding weekends, holidays, and long holiday periods).

Shipment tracking
After dispatch, we send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Redelivery / long-term absence
If a package is returned due to long-term absence or an incorrect address, reshipment fees are paid by the customer.

Packaging
For environmental protection, we use simple packaging. Thank you for your understanding.
