Domestic shipping
Carriers: Yamato Transport (Nekopos) / Sagawa Express (courier). The carrier is selected automatically; customers cannot specify a carrier.
Shipping fee (tax included): ¥330 for all 47 prefectures in Japan.
* Free shipping on orders of ¥3,980 or more.
Estimated dispatch: within 2–3 business days from the order date (excluding weekends, holidays, and long holiday periods).
International shipping
Carriers: DHL Express / FedEx International / UPS / EMS. The carrier is selected automatically by destination.
Shipping fee (tax included): ¥330 for Asia, Oceania, North America, and Europe.
* Free shipping on orders of ¥3,980 or more.
* We do not currently ship to Africa or South America.
* Duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout (DDP).
International returns & exchanges
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted for any reason. For defective or incorrect items, a refund or replacement may be provided depending on the situation.
Harmonized System Codes are set per product for duty calculation.
Cancellations, returns & exchanges
Cancellations
Cancellations are not accepted after an order is completed. Please confirm contents and quantity before ordering.
Returns (domestic only)
Returns are accepted only when all conditions below are met: contact within 7 days of arrival; unused with tags attached; packaging undamaged; return shipping paid by the customer; refunds typically within 2 weeks to 1 month after confirmation.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted except for unopened defective items. Size or color exchanges due to customer preference are not accepted.
Defective or incorrect items
Contact us via chat within 7 days of arrival. We will provide an appropriate remedy such as a replacement for unused items.
Cooling-off period
Online purchases are not subject to the cooling-off system under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act.
EU cooling-off
Where merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you may cancel or return within 14 days without giving a reason. Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
